These toy machines do not last. I would not attempt to repair it.
COOL!! What year is it? Some of these are super highly collectible like the ones from the early 1950s fetch into the $200 range!!! I always wanted one of these!
I can see why you would want to repair yours. Have you watched any YouTube videos for regular size sewing machines and see if the tips and hints can help you with yours?
I am told these are very similar in structure to an adult machine so maybe there is an easy to follow YouTube.
