My West Bend bread maker #41065 has worked fine for years. But last time I made a loaf the entire bread pan would rotate whenever the machine was kneading the bread. I thought the bread pan itself was wore out and bought a new one. However, that did not solve the problem. Please advise.

You will be better off buying a used machine than trying to fix this one. So many people even give them away on Freecycle.

There are some things that I have done this (calling customer services) and they know the exact right thing to do to fix my issue. Then other times, they tell me to give up the ghost and get a new one (whatever I am calling about).

Hopefully you will receive a reply from West Bend but if not you may have to resort to looking for another machine.
I do see them quite frequently at thrift stores and usually no more than $10 but still - a trusted machine is better if it can be fixed.
