There are a bunch of YouTube videos you may find helpful. Also there are several us based juke box repair services. You may be lucky enough to find one near you.
Sometimes you can find the repair people under the heading of amusment and game repairs.
There are often parts on eBay for sale for decent prices if you go the DIY route.
