How do I fix a pump up bed that has bowed in the middle due to heat from sun?

You could add more support underneath the mattress for more support to keep sagging (boards, frame).
Most likely the seams are ruptured and cannot be repaired but here is a suggestion from a forum.
"Repairing a Bulge
Large bulges may go away if you let all the air out of the mattress and reinflate it. Pump air slowly, keeping an eye on the bulge, and stop pumping as soon as the bulge starts to reappear."
If this does not work it is probably a lost cause but maybe someone else will have some good suggestions.
Air beds like water beds will bow in the middle when they get old due to the fact the inside of the bed has seams that wear out and pop. In cases like this the only thing you can actually do is get a new bed. Air beds don't need as much heat on the bed to keep it warm for you to sleep. In water beds you need the heating pad. I found out that using the heating pad or even pads to warm the bed have caused this issue for me in the past. I now just add a layer of blankets before the top sheet and this seems to fix the issue for me.
