One member mentioned they contacted Intex with the problem & model number and was sent a new airbed as it's not repairable. You may want to contact Intex after troubleshooting if it doesn't work out. Good luck!

I contacted Intex, told them the problem and model number and right away the reply was "It most likely the pump, which is not repairable. They sent me a new airbed.

The motor on pumps can't be fixed according to the company. In all case where the motor blows out they need to be replaced. You will need to contact the company and find out how to get a new motor for the bed.
