We have an older style Jayco pop top, the winch has gone on one of the corners. We are looking to fix this. Has anyone done this themselves before? Thank you.

I have not, but when I have projects where there is little risk of my doing so much damage that the item becomes trashed, I go to YouTube and find a video. There are a ton of Jayco repair videos out there. Maybe one will help:

I am so proud that now twice (one just 2 weeks ago) I used videos to keep my almost 30 year old vacuum running! I followed the video exactly and it came back to life after I removed the mess stuck in it!!
