Alibaba has them. The only disadvantage is that shipping time is long.
You should not buy just any battery for the phone. Go to the Amgoo website and order your battery online. This is safer for you and your phone.
You can call battery bobs who has a vast variety of batteries. They do not sell a battery under the heading of Amgoo 450, so if you can provide them with serial number, part and model, they may be able to cross match the phone battery for you...I did see on ebay a used Amgoo 450 battery for sale for $10.00.

The site shown in above message does not have batteries for the Am 450 but you may be able to contact them and see if they have a compatible battery.

Since they are still selling the Amgoo 450 you should be able to contact the company and ask about a battery. the main office is in China but there is a US office in Miami, FL.
I know they do not sell the batteries but someone will have to tell you where you can find a compatible battery or you should report them to the agency that sent you the phone.
Maybe you should be asking for an upgrade to your phone.
