I brought a 7ft Pixel tree made by Santa's Best about three years ago from a well-known TV retailer. It worked for one year, stored it for two years, and went to set up this year. About a third of the pixels light up. I checked and all strands have power. I think it might be the controller. I have reached out to the company and have not gotten a response. I am told the controller must be compatible with the model number on the remote which is listed as PIXEL-NM. Where can I go to get a replacement?

I'm sorry you are having trouble but from a lot of research, it appears your problem may not be fixable.
Even if you found and purchased a new/used remote, the same problem may happen within a short period of time.
The model number you provided will not be sufficient to find a usable remote - check the listing for sale on eBay and you'll see that each model has a long number. I'm not sure where this number is located.

Purchase from QVC?
QVC was the TV site that sold so many of these trees, that has turned out to be a big headache for them. So many complaints, they only supply a stock answer now: sorry etc....
Seems Santa's Best support will not answer complaints by phone or email. So that is a dead end.
