I have a Therapedic heated throw and the controller does not work. Do you know how I can get a replacement controller. The throw is from Bed Bath and Beyond.

I recently had the same problem (February 2016) and I was able to email the vendor and have the entire throw and controller replaced.

My cord for my Therapedic heated throw won't work. It is a year old. Bought it at Bed, Bath and Beyond. It is a "heated silky plush reversing to sherpa throw".
Mine actually melted , thank goodness it didn't burn my house down
