You could search online if you have the model #. Or contract the manufacture and ask about how much they charge for replacement.
I contacted Sunbeam for a replacement control for my heated mattress pad located in my RV, but no luck. They refer you to Sunbeam products dealers, in other words, I need to buy the entire pad with controls again to get a new set of controls.
