I have an electric blanket that is missing a cord. The model is A-83313. The manufacturer is Automatic Blanket Plant in Smithfield, NC. Another number here is Listed Blanket 341-B, E15945. Can I even find a replacement?

Finding a replacement cord for this vintage blanket will be extremely difficult but you may be able to find a 'generic' or one from another company that will fit.
Your Automatic Blanket Plant in Smithfield, NC blanket seems to also belong to the Fieldcrest Cannon company but this company also closed in 1997 so there is no place to contact about a replacement.
There is a listing for replacements for another model presently listed for sale on eBay but I'm not sure how you could find out if it would fit your blanket. You might ask them to send more detailed pictures so you can try to match yours.
The only other suggestion that I have is to try your local Sears Service Center as they may be able to supply you with one that will fit. Google Sears Service Center with your zip code and you may be lucky and find just what you need.
