Unfortunately plastic convenience products often are designed to be replaced, not fixed :-(. That said, if you call Swiffer customer service they might send you a whole new unit to preserve loyalty: 1-800-214-8734. Good luck!
I just want a replacement battery holder, where can I get one. P & G said they can't replace it, sending me a CUPON FOR ANOTHER....NOT HAPPY, ONLY USED IT 2X'S, NOT HAPPY WITH P & G!!!

I would contact them at swiffer.com. Hopefully they will stand by their product and replace it if it is defective.
They are sending me coupon for a new SWIFTER WET JET!!! Hopefully in the future they will make replacement parts, it will save money...throwing away a brand new SWIFTER WET JET because BATTERY HOLDER BROKE!?!?!?

It is sad that companies do not stand behind their products but, as you stated, they do not make replacement parts.
This takes thinking out-side of the box sometimes so I would suggest you take your Swiffer to an Ace hardware store and ask if they have any ideas on what you can use as the part cannot be bought.
The problem is is that for them to take and just do a run of those extra parts the amount of money it would cost to them would not be worth what they would get in return by selling parts. It is actually more cost-effective for them to just sell a whole new swiffer or to give you a coupon for a free one then to give you a replacement part.
We somehow lost the battery pack for a swiffer. We contacted customer service and they don't have a replacement part but are sending a $10 gift card toward a new one.
