Turn it upside down, and remove the solution container. Its under there on the handle part.

Where is the battery tab ?
Remove the cleaner and then pull off the battery tab. Replace the battery and put in the cleaner and test.
There is no battery pack I have the green one can you help me

I replaced the batteries on my wetjet and the sprayer is still not working. I cleaned and unclogged all parts still not working. Frustrated!!!
there is no need to unscrew anything attempting to take your swiffer apart to find the batteries
Hold your swiffer in your right/left hand
stand swiffer in upright position
looking directly down at your swiffer
youll need to look for the batterysymbol located on the front/top of the purple colored piece of plastic
slide the purple colored piece of plastic upwards to reveal 4 AA batteries
