We have a couple of big holes in one window on our popup. Any ideas how to replace the whole screen? It is sewn in. There is no way to take the window out to sew it on a machine. I am at a loss! Any ideas would be helpful.

You can buy something called Screen Mend. It was featured on Shark Tank and is available at many stores and on Amazon. You attach it with the heat of a blow dryer.
I have seen these pop-up campers with all sorts of windows and also different types of material so that will be something you will have to consider when trying any suggestions.
You can buy the same type of screening material and glue the repair pieces to the existing screen.
I would cut out the screen, leaving two inches of the old screen. I would then cut a new screen using the cut out piece as a pattern but cutting it about three on inches larger all the way around. I would then, using a strong fishing line, whip stitch the new screen in place.
I repaired my screens using screen tape and fabric glue. I cut out the old screen leaving 2 inches of the old screen that's sewn into the canvas, and cutting a new screen attaching it to the 2inches of screen that I left that's sewn into the canvas with the screen tape and fabric glue all the way around. I seemed to have work well.
Cut out old screen. using Velcro, adhere one side to the vinyl and on the screen side I used Gorilla tape doubled over around the edge of the new screen and adhered it to the opposite side of the Velcro to the new screen. Done
Can I see a picture of this? Thank you
