I found pieces of rubber in the Great Value ground decaffeinated coffee. We like the coffee. This is the first time this happened. What should I do?

That is a foreign object that shouldnt be there. Return it
I was wondering how it got in the coffee grounds and who to report this to
There should be a toll free number on the packaging somewhere, I would call that.
This does not sound good.
Did you happen to grind this particular coffee yourself?
If that is the case then it would be the Manager of the store where purchased that you should try to see. You can see a person of higher authority at any store if you insist that is what you want and you do not have to tell your story over and over - just wait for the management person (be sure to get their name/card and write it down).
If it was packaged coffee then you should contact someone at their corporate offices. You can call them on the phone or send them an email. You should have the coffee packages as well as the store receipt as possible as that will have all the information they need to identify the store.
I have always had very good luck when contacting Walmart so please report this as it is important.

Walmart is very good about returns. Be sure to take it back ASAP so if they see there is a global issue, they can issue a recall.
Either call your local store, go to the customer service desk with the coffee or use the link cybergrannie gave you.
They should offer you a full refund. Post back how it goes!
