I had a pot luck recently and this was a huge hit. It's a casserole using the ingredients of a Reuben Sandwich plus one other. But I made it "user friendly" by mixing all of them together.

NOTE: I found that the spuds were not as done as I like them so you can do it like above or you can pre-bake them for about 10 minutes and mix the other ingredients together and add to the top of the spuds. Do not attempt to take the hot potatoes out and mix them together. That would be too much work.
