Reusing Packing Material

I have found that the sheets of sponge-like padding (approximately 1/2 inch thick) can be reused as sponge-like cleaning pads, after cutting the sheets into pieces. I will not be buying sponges for years to come. These sheets of padding are bound to have many other uses, such as spreading wood treatment oil onto fine furniture.
