Reusing and Crafting with Plastic Bottles?

I have heard that you can do this:
-Cut a hole at the base, so the wrapper is at the top, but don't throw the top away!
-Peel the wrapper off
-Paint the whole bottle white
-stick a flashlight in the bottle, making sure a hole is cut out for the power button
-tape the top back on, making sure the light can shine through, then paint the bottle white except for the cap part
-take the cap off, and cover it with plastic wrap so the light can shine through.
Tada! Hope this works, I found it on a website a while back.
