raspberry sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • few grains salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

Combine sugar, salt and water, and heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes. Cool.

Add pineapple, milk, and lemon juice, mix well. Freeze.
