Combine all ingredients in a 6 cup baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Stir gently, and bake another 20 minutes or until creamy and thick. Serve warm or cold, plain or with whipped cream.

Hmmm. I'm bookmarking this one. I love rice pudding. Some people put raisins in theirs but I like mine plain like yours. I have heard some people actually make the cups of milk, Eggnog, at Christmas. I always mean to try that. Thanks for the recipe. : ) This one sounds like Mama's recipe. She baked hers and stirred it. I don't like the unbaked one that much. (02/06/2010)
