Measure yeast, salt, oil and honey into large mixing bowl. Add hot tap water and stir briefly. Mix in milk. Add 2 cups flour and stir until batter in smooth. Mix in eggs. Add the next 5-6 cups flour, adding 2 cups at a time. Knead on floured board 10-15 minutes. Shape into ball. Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled in size. Punch down, and shape into 3 loaves and let rise. Bake in 350-375 degree F oven for about 40 minutes.

Banana Bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp), 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 3/4 cup pureed banana, (2-3)3/4 cup chopped dates, 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup milk. Pre-heat oven to 350F. prep loaf pan.
Cream together butter, sugar, add egg, banana, beat for 1 minute. Add dates, walnuts (optional), mix with wooden spoon. In small bowl mix the flour baking powder together. Add dry ingredients to mix, alternating with milk. DO NOT OVER-MIX. Pour into greased loaf pan cook in centre of oven 45 minutes. Test toothpick in centre comes out clean, cool remove from pan.
