My 21hp B&S Platinum Craft riding mower will not turn a full rotation. Battery (even jumped from truck), new starter--starter engages, but engine will not turn full rpm. It appears to stop in compression, when engine is at exhaust position (?); starter turns flywheel maybe 1 to 1 1/2 rpm, then stops. It appears too much resistance to turn flywheel. Possible cause? (Oh yea, mower, will not start).
