I have a Briggs and Stratton engine Model # 33R8770009. The starter engages when the key is turned, but it kicks right back out. It acts like a dead battery, but I just replaced the battery with a new one and my charger shows full charge. Any suggestions?

I would check the solenoid.
Check your spark plugs!
Check battery connection to the starter clean the wire connecter and make sure it's all tight . Also check fuses
