Ripe Avocado Salad Dressing

Ripe Avocado Salad Dressing I got a deal on some very ripe avocados at my grocer and decided to make an easy sauce to use on noodles or as a salad dressing. You just mix them all in a blender and refrigerate until use so there are really no steps but measuring them into the appliance! Delish and healthy too! Check it out!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 avocado
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup either fresh cilantro or parsley (I used parsley, missing from photo))
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp tea. salt
2 Tbsp water

Recipe MAY be doubled!

Directions:

Just mix all of the ingredients directly into a magic bullet or small blender. Easy!
