This is a healthy alternative way of roasting cauliflower while also tasting "like" cheese! Perfect side vegetable to pair with your favorite entree (like: steak, lamb chops, meat loaf, ribs, chicken breast, etc.) or can be eaten as a snack.

Thank you for this recipe 15mhhm15. :)
I can't believe I've been so "un-adventurous" when it comese to cauliflower - usually I'll only steam it and then put on butter, or I steam it, and make a cheese sauce. That's it! I've been "boxed" into that mind set - I don't know why, but no more! haha
Thank you for this, it sure will be a great way to eat up a head
of cauliflower.
Many times, well...mostly, when I have cauliflower left over, I just throw the rest of it into a salad, but this is something I think we'll not be able to stop eating, either being served with dinner, or just as a snack like you mentioned.
Thank you:)
I just had to say something I find funny and maybe someone can relate and find it funny too :)
First, just to set the scene, my mom has always cooked, which is mostly where I learned from.
Not too long ago, I was mentioning to my mom how I like to make fried potatoes here and there with garlic and paprika on them, as there's so many variations one can do to potatoes. I said "paprika fried potatoes" is what I call them when I put paprika on them, and she said to me which was as funny as much as surprising, she said..."Can you put paprika on them"? hahahha
Believe me, that was funny coming out of her of all people.
I said yes, you can do anything you want to do with potatoes.
Well, I'm only mentioning this because of your recipe here, and me now thinking about it with the paprika on it, and how it's cooked, it's like "I sure didn't know one could do that with cauliflower", hahahaha
I'm really glad for this site and ALL of you that love cooking, because I love cooking too, just love it, and I see how many
walls even me has or had that needed knocked down in the cooking department, so thank you and all the cooks for breaking those walls down. I mean something so obvious I never realized, but, I see now. :)
Thank you! :)
You are welcome @ suz1230. I will share more ways to eat cauliflower. :)
I am not a big fan of steamed and the kids hardly like it, so I try to come up with fun ways for the kids to like to eat their veggies.
Paprika is one of my favorites too! My mom just recently incorporated paprika into her cooking! She didn't even know what paprika was to start of with ehehe
