Total Time: About 15 minutes prep
Yield: 6 large servings
Ingredients:
5 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed 1-2 inches in size
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp garlic salt
Steps:
Peel and cube your potatoes. You will cube them about 1-2 inches in size.
Place them in a large bowl. Add your olive oil and spices. Mix well. Spread evenly on a large cookie sheet.
Bake at *400 for 40-45 minutes, or until fork tender. Enjoy!

Easy recipe for onion roasted potatoes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close the bag and shake to cover potatoes with soup mix and oil.
In shallow baking pan, heat 1 Tbsp. each butter and olive oil in hot oven. Remove pan from oven, stir in 4 large red-skinned potatoes, cut into wedges; and 4 garlic cloves, sliced.
