This year we had a real bumper crop of radishes. So I researched to find out other ways to use them besides adding them to salads. By quartering and roasting them with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and your favorite herbs, they are a tasty, mild (roasting removes all the heat of the radish) plus a little crunchy, and moist. They were a surprise even to me, but enjoyed by all!

Ooo Ive never tried roasting them! I'd love to try this. Thanks!
Yes, i was really pleasantly surprised especially since some of them grew pretty large so they were hot if eaten raw...but cooked? Mild and crunchy!
I seem to always have plenty of radishes so I welcome a new idea.
Sounds like it would be a good healthy snack too.
Thanks,
Betty
Tried it and love them.
I did mine on an old cookie sheet on the bbq.
Thank you, thank you.
My son dipped his in ranch dressing and said they were very good that way.
So glad you and your son both liked them!
