There is an 82 year old veteran who is disabled living in Nashville NC. His roof was damaged during the hurricane and he has water damage in two rooms. He has no money or insurance. He is in a dire situation. I was hoping you could help with any suggestions. I was in the construction for 40 years, but am also disabled. If not, I would try to help myself.
