This is my mother's recipe for delicious apple galette that really suits the welcoming of the Autumn season. I love the flaky crust on the outside, with an inside that becomes almost custardy from the juices of the baked apples. It's so easy to make, it's a beginner's recipe, but the taste will have people thinking otherwise. Give it a try!

what no cinnamon?
You can cinnamon if you like, but out of respect to my mum, who made this recipe and passed it to me: no cinnamon. (She's never been a fan.) All recipes can become your own, so add cinnamon if you wish :)

Hi! Sorry it's not in there! I preheat to 375F, pop it in, cook it for 15 minutes, then bring it down to 350F for the remaining time... Total will be 30 to 35 minutes in the oven (until golden brown).
I added in the preheating instructions and temperature but I left the rest of your instructions alone.
