I agree with Jess as I'm sure the plumber had to run a lot of water through the system to make sure they had completely unstopped the tub.
You may want to completely clean your tub and rinse well to make sure none of the chemicals 'back washed' into the other parts of the tub. You can use one of your household cleaners that you normally use to clean your tub or even dish soap but maybe rinse with a solution of vinegar and water to make sure you removed all of the soap/cleaner.
Hopefully, your plumber provided advice/instructions on how to keep your drains clean so this will not happen again.

I would say yes. The plumber must have gotten the drain clean and tested it by running water through the system. Any chemicals that were put into the drain have been washed away. You could run a clean tub and then drain it again just to be sure.
The plumber would have told you how long to wait, if it had been necessary to wait. I would use the bathroom.
If the plumber did not tell you to wait to use the tub, then I'm sure it's ok. If you want more peace of mind about this, give the tub a cleaning and good rinse as you normally would.
After cleaning the pipe, the plumber had to properly rinse the drain with a stream of warm water, letting it go into the bath for at least 10-15 minutes. I think the plumber did it, but you can repeat it again.
