Sounds delicious and it's definitely easy. I might add in other veggies too for variety. I do have 2 questions, however.
1) Step 1 states: "Blend in flour and seasonings." "Seasonings" is plural yet the only seasoning listed is salt. Did you forget to list some ingredients, i.e. pepper, onion/garlic powder, etc?
2) The ingredients ask for 1Tbsp butter. Is this used to butter the bread? Is it used to butter the casserole dish? Is it blended into the milk mixture?
