This recipe is a family favorite. It's great for evenings when I'm pressed for time and want to put a good meal on the table quickly. I just add a couple of vegetables as sides to the patties, and I have a meal in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 (14.75 oz.) can Salmon, drained
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup flour
- hot sauce, to taste (optional)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions:
Put drained salmon in a bowl, add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Add oil to large frying pan. Shape salmon mixture into approximately 6 patties and place in frying pan.
Cook approximately five to seven minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Serve with ketchup or tarter sauce if desired.
