Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Yield: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 Salmon
- Dash of Salt/Black pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 4 Tomatoes (large)
- 2 Green onions (stems)
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Chicken broth can
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Steps:
- Marinate salmon with turmeric powder (optional) and dash of salt/pepper
- Chop tomatoes, garlic cloves and green onions.
- In a sauce pan, over medium high heat sauté garlic cloves until golden brown.
- Cook salmon for about 3 minutes per side.
- Then add tomatoes and chicken broth. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- When ready to serve you can put chopped green onions on top.
