Tomatoes stuffed with salmon, onion, yoghurt, celery and lemon juice

Ingredients:
- large tomato
- natural yoghurt
- chopped celery
- flaked salmon
- dried onion flakes
- lemon juice
Steps:
- Slice off tomato top and scoop out pulp. Combine salmon with remaining ingredients and add half of the reserved tomato pulp.
- Spoon back into tomato shell and chill in refrigerator.
- Serve with 1 slice of wholemeal bread
