I have a Samsung wf330anw/xaa front loading washer, it will not spin properly. It will turn slowly like it's trying to balance the load one direction, then the other, but will never go into spin cycle. It does make some loud noises and the rotor will spin then stutter. Eventually the rotor spins, but the tub does not. Any ideas? The door lock works (clicks locked, clicks unlocked).

You may have a worn belt. That's what happened with one of my machines.
They have a nice troubleshooting website:
support-us.samsung.com/
For washers and big appliances I always go to the experts vs. crowd source after a lesson learned about crowd source info causing a problem that if I had just gone to the company, would have been a tiny fix vs. a giant issue.
Good luck! Let us know what they say!!
It might need a new fuse or new filter. I'd try those before calling in a repair.
The Flange shaft assembly (also called spider arm) is most likely broken. The loud noise came from it. This part's lifetime is usually 4 to 7 years depending on the frequency of use, the overloading, and the effect of too much detergent. This is bolted to the drum with the shaft which is driven directly by the motor.
