This recipe came from one of the Gifts in a Jar recipes that I had made for Christmas gifts. Everyone that has made them has called for the recipe. They all think they are the bomb. It turns out well just following recipe as if you were layering in jar, but instead you mix all ingredients well. Moist chocolate brownie. They won't last long!
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan
In mixing bowl, mix flour and salt.
Then add each of the next 7 ingredients and mix well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, oil and eggs. Beat until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
