Recipe for Egg and Sausage Casserole. Place bread crumbs in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Add browned sausage. Blend eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard. Pour over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Brown sausage and onion in skillet. Pour off drippings. Add milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in macaroni and 1 cup cheese.

In large, heavy skillet, cook sausage, stirring until crumbled. Remove from the fat and reserve. Pour off all but 2-3 tablespoons of fat.
