Sautéed Sauerkraut and Potatoes with salmon on plateI had leftover sauerkraut, which I had no idea what to do with. I also had a leftover baked potato, so I decided to combine them into something completely new.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Chop the onion. Sauté for a minute or two.
  2. Sautéing onions
     
  3. Peel the potato if you wish, and slice into chunks. Add to the onion and sauté a few minutes.
  4. Sautéing onions and in pan Potatoes
     
  5. Add the sauerkraut and sauté another few minutes.
  6. Sautéed Sauerkraut and Potatoes
     
  7. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Sounds yummy.now cook up some italienne sauceage and add that to your potatoes and sauerkraut. Oh so good.
