Cook Time: 10-15 minutes

Total Time: 15-25 minutes

Steps:

  1. Prep vegetables. Dice onions, tomatoes and mushrooms.

  3. Sauté white onions until browned, then add tomatoes.

  7. Stir in mushrooms, dash of soy sauce and sauté until vegetables are cooked. Note: The sauce is hot so I pushed the veggies to the edges to expose the liquid to cool down sooner.
