I have to give a shout out for the use of Tony Chachere's! It's so great and is added to most of my food; soups, salads, potatoes, stir fry. Yum!
This recipe looks good. I'll have to try butternut squash like this. Generally, I bake it or I chop it up and put it in a vegetable soup.
I LOVE butternut squash cooked this way, Jess. (That seasoning just takes it up a notch to the next level of goodness. ;-))
If you have some extra bacon grease....it's really yummy cooked in that also. :-)
