Find your city, join and post a wanted ad. Its free to join, and its great to find stuff that you need. You can even post an offer of something that you no longer want or need. It's amazing what people get rid of. Good luck!

KMart and WalMart have a lot of great swingsets. KMart even has a really neat one this year that has a mini trampoline attached.
Go to garage sales or place a wanted ad in the paper.
