So we have more corn left. It took me a while to think of the best way to use it, but my mind didn't fail me.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed corn
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 8 oz water
- 1 Tbsp meaty seasoning powder
- salt and pepper
Steps:
- Put corn in a blender with water.
- Blend until corn is completely refined. Add salt and pepper and blend again for 1 minute.
- Transfer in a bowl and sprinkle seasoning powder.
- Add the egg and the flour.
- Mix until fully incorporated.
- Scoop a tablespoonful of mixture and flatten into a pan with oil. Fry to golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dip.
