Cook cabbage in boiling water seasoned with salt and sugar for 4 minutes. Be careful not to overcook. Drain very well and place in buttered 2 quart flat casserole. Make cream sauce with butter, flour and milk and pour over cabbage. Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
