It will probably be difficult to find this particular pattern but there are several that are similar. Maybe you could look at some of these in case you cannot find the one you are looking for. Google has several showing from different sites.

Hi just wanted you to know I have this but it is in a completed form. It is framed and up on eBay if you wanted to take a look. I havent seen the kit anywhere. Miriam

I have one but it is completed as well.. havent found a kit myself.
