I would look on eBay and etsy. Also go to garage sales and estate sales.
These are so cool...I totally forgot about him!!
He is hard to find!
You may want to set up a Google alert then if he comes up in an auction at one of the big houses like WorthPoint, EBTH, eBay, etc. you would get an email.

Bud is a very rare doll and you may not see one listed for years but then sometimes a collector needs "instant cash" and will list one for sale.
It seems some people have paid big money for a Bud but later came to find out they had Tammy's brother Ted as they are mistaken for Bud some of the time. They have different body styles (when seen side by side) but unfortunately, they wore the same outfits.

If you are really interested in finding this doll, you are not alone as many collectors keep a search for Bud going constantly.
Just be prepared to compete against top collectors that are willing to pay BIG money for what they want (thousands usually).
