Sorry, I didn't quite understand your question. Can't you buy this wallpaper from the site listed in your screenshot? www.seabrookwallpaper.com/
I don't want to log in on that site, but they add this wallpaper to my cart.
they just sell samples, not whole rolls. this isuseless for covering a whole wall...
Finding this wallpaper if it is discontinued is more difficult, but not impossible. You can put alerts on eBay, wants on Craigslist or Amazon, and finally, can search on the internet for websites that specialize in discontinued wallpaper.
Discontinued wallpaper is very difficult to find and it usually takes continuous searching for months/years.
You are lucky in that you have all necessary information about the type you're searching for.
There are sites that deal in discontinued wallpaper but most of theirs will be patterns that have recently been discontinued and they purchased a large quantity from the manufacturer.
When a company discontinues a pattern the company usually makes a 'recall' to their stores and the stores send all merchandise back so they can receive full credit in lieu of holding on to 'old' patterns that may never sell.
I do not know if you are in the US but it looks like the only available rolls in your pattern is listed on eBay UK. If you are in the US the wallpaper and shipping will be very expensive but it may be your only chance to find this pattern.

The site you show only shows a way to purchase a 'sample' for $5 and no actual indication they even have any stock in this pattern so beware of that.

They do have contact information so you may be able to ask if they have rolls and the actual cost.
