If you have 10 tons, while I don't know where you are located, you should be able to find a scrap dealer that will pay for them.
In my town the scrap yards are paying between .15 and .18 a pound.
When I was selling scrap I just put into google my town name and the phrase sells scrap and 6 places popped up. I picked the closest and off we went.
Hope you are able to recycle yours for some cash.
Since you have such a large lot I agree with Pghgirl that you should check what aluminum is going for in your area as that would be quickest and easiest way to get your cash immediately.
Tabs are selling on eBay but it's difficult to say how long it would take to make a sale - of any amount.
If sold on eBay you would have to break it down into smaller lots.
There are approximately 1,128 tabs in a pound so you could set up lots of however many you wish.
Just be sure to check how much shipping will cost as mistakes in shipping can be costly.

Note that some are sold for small amounts with free shipping and the seller may have lost money on some sales.
