Where can I sell these? My grandmother left them behind and I have all boys, but I know they're worth some money. They're from 1985. I think they'e both boys their names on the birth certificates sound like boy names. They have never been out the box.

These twins that were pristine, unboxed, just sold April 9 on eBay for 139 dollars. If yours are pristine dolls and box you, can aim for that. Any damages or smells, you can start high and take a best offer. Even a scratch on the box will devalue. Doll collectors are extremely picky folks.
eBay would be your best bet if you are an experienced reseller and comfortable packaging these for shipping. While they aren't fragile, they do require special care to prevent the box from being smushed.
Be sure to box and pack carefully leaving at least 4 inches around with packing peanuts and heavy stryofoam corner protectors and weigh and measure the package prior to listing so you can enter the correct details into the advanced seller tool. Post back how your sale goes!
You have a boy and a girl - twins (see the ribbon?).
You can always research by twins and their names to see what other sellers are asking. Of course, only sold - identical items/condition - can give any sense of real value and even that right now would probably not hold true.
eBay is still the best for research (and Etsy) if you want to know what other sellers are stating about the dolls as a good description helps to sell anything but several very good pictures are usually the best for selling items.
Shipping with these is not as critical as shipping easily breakable dolls but still need good boxing.
If you list your set on local venues like Facebook Marketplace you can list them as pick up also.
Start you price high and lower it if no one shows an interest.
This is a good set. Not that many twin Cabbage Patch dolls. You would have to advertise in the right market to get the best price. This lovely group is in great shape, and should be staged nice and placed on auction/bid to get the best price.
