I have several dolls. I had two girls. I do have the boxes, but they have been played with, some more than others. I have some of the animals as well. How do I sell them?

You can sell your dolls on Ebay,Craig's List, facebook,Etsy,or Auction!
Ebay will give you the largest audience. Local sales will save you shipping.
Best to research how much the Cabbage Patch Kids go for (if you're after their market value)
You could try posting on Craigslist, Facebook Market, Mercari. (These are all long shots but free to post)
Note: Mercari takes a 10% when sold
- versus paying to post -
A larger audience would be eBay. Etsy may take awhile to set up and get selling.
Other ideas: Sell to any interested family, friends, friends of friends, garage sale
Having sold a number of these in recent years it is going to be a multi level strategy....
1. Research eBay sold section so you know the value of each (SOLD ONLY tells you what people pay). Be sure to do an apples to apples match on yours and the sold item including condition and if it has all of the pieces, box, certificate etc. There are a few that still have some value, but generally you will be lucky to fetch more than $5 each if they are in played with condition, but the research is important because there are still a few ringers out there.
2. If you have any that sell for over $20, list those on eBay (Note here...when you are checking sold...be sure to check for solds that DO NOT have free shipping...if you sold one for $20 with free shipping you would make about $1 after you--seller--pays for shipping and fees especially with the new DIM shipping in the US). Look for comps where the BUYER paid the shipping.
3. Take the rest to either a flea market to sell or a yard sale. Price higher and take best offer...so price at $10 and take $5. It make take several attempts to get them all sold. My last doll at $5 took a year to sell.
If you can't do a flea or yard sale, you can try Facebook local sale want and trade sites. I did quite well on my local sites last summer, but just recently not even a nibble on anything. Not sure why the change. The markets everywhere are cyclical.
Third option to sell is to have a consignment store sell them for you where you get a percentage. Be aware, you may need to ask around as some won't take them because there is a such a glut on the market and when it involves a profit split, it is not worth it for them to do a $5 item split 50/50.
Post back how it goes!! Wishing you quick sales!!!
When my daughter out grew her Cabbage Patch Dolls I put them out in a yard sale and sold them off almost immediately. Back then it was only possible to receive $10 for each doll that was sold.
