Put ads in local papers like the Pennysaver or online.
Go to fall festivals and try to sell there.
eBay is one of the best places to sell them! Look at sold prices to get an idea of mark value. Etsy would be second best, but their new rules and such have become very muddled. If you can get through their rules, they would be counted as art/craft supplies.
